As a member of “Pact for skills”, yesterday “Nikanor” Ltd took part in the partner training of the Pact “Introduction Skills Management in SMEs”.
During the workshop, experts and other interested participants explored the current state of skills management within SMEs and discussed the European Commission’s policies and innovative solutions in the field, such as the European Skills Agenda and the SME Strategy.
Participants exchanged ideas and examples of good practices to improve the up-skilling and re-skilling strategies in the daily operations of their organisations.
“Nikanor” Ltd is not only a member of the Pact for Skills, but also part of the Pact’s working group focused on the tourism industry.
The working group will meet online tomorrow.
