🇮🇹 ACTIVATE is heading to Turin for its Final Transnational Project Meeting!
📅 6 November 2026
📍 Turin, Italy
🌍 After months of international collaboration, the ACTIVATE project – “Using Green and Digital Transition to Increase Artisans and Small Business Competitive Advantage” – is approaching its final stage!
On 6 November, our partners from Italy 🇮🇹, Bulgaria 🇧🇬 and Lithuania 🇱🇹 will gather in Turin, hosted by our project coordinator ARTES A.P.S., for the final Transnational Project Meeting.
🎯 ACTIVATE, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme (KA210-VET), aims to empower artisans, craftspeople, self-employed professionals and small businesses to embrace sustainability and digital transformation while preserving their traditional skills.
🛠️ Throughout the project, our partnership has worked on two practical educational resources:
🌱 A Green and Digital Transformation Roadmap – guiding artisans through key business activities, from marketing and accounting to resource efficiency and sustainable supply chains.
💻 A Digital Toolkit – offering accessible micro-learning units, video tutorials, practical templates and checklists to help professionals introduce greener and smarter working practices.
🤝 Our journey has also included collaborative workshops in Turin and Sofia, international testing activities in Kaunas, and engagement with artisans, trainers and other stakeholders across the three partner countries.
📌 During our final meeting, we will focus on:
✅ Reviewing the Roadmap and Digital Toolkit, including feedback from testing activities.
✅ Sharing experiences and lessons learned from the international cooperation.
✅ Discussing local dissemination activities and the practical application of the project resources.
✅ Planning the sustainability and continued use of the results beyond the project’s lifetime.
🚀 The project may be approaching its conclusion, but its results are designed to continue supporting artisans and small businesses across Europe!
