We’re thrilled to announce that Nikanor proudly participated in the Global Youth Peace Fest 2024 (GYPF 2024) in India, as members of the Let Her In network!
From September 30th, Nikanor engaged in impactful discussions on gender equality, humane education, and youth empowerment through global cooperation.
Today, Nikanor was also presented as an excellent Vocational Education and Training (VET) center, full of experienced professionals, showcasing our commitment to fostering youth skills and empowerment in line with international standards.
We also participated in ice-breaking cooperative games led by Mr. Ajatshatru from Play for Peace, followed by the Inaugural Ceremony and Youth Leadership-Peace Awards with dignitaries like Ms. Hargunjit Kaur and Mr. Pramod Sharma of Yuvsatta.
Session highlights:
- Promoting Gender Equality (SDG5) – Insightful talks by Ms. Olena Korzhykova, Ms. Vitlena Angelova-Vasileva, and Dr. Maya Vasileva-Danova.
- Humane Education – Key contributions from Ms. Haylee Blake and Ms. Jacqueline Kelleher.
- Harnessing Youth Power – Inspiring contributions from Mr. Petru-Vasile Gațuc and Ms. Júlia Vilafranca.
