Exciting progress within the ACTIVATE project! 
Over the past months, the partnership has successfully completed the first major milestone of the project — the development of the ACTIVATE Roadmap, designed to guide artisans, craftspeople, and small businesses through sustainable and digital transformation.
Now, our teams are actively working on the educational micro-units and training materials that will support users step-by-step in applying greener and more digital practices in their daily work and business activities. 
We are also looking forward to our upcoming international meeting in Lithuania this June, where partners will come together to further develop the toolkit, exchange ideas, review progress, and prepare the next testing phase with target groups. 
ACTIVATE aims to empower artisans and small businesses with practical tools, digital solutions, and sustainability-focused approaches that increase competitiveness while supporting the green transition.
