✨ This week we officially launched the ACTIVATE project in Turin — a new Erasmus+ initiative dedicated to supporting artisans and small businesses in their green and digital transition.
During our two-day workshop, Nikanor and our partners from Italy and Lithuania worked together on the first key steps of the project:
reviewing objectives and responsibilities
analysing data collected from interviews
drafting the first version of the Roadmap for artisans
planning the development of units and microunits for the upcoming Toolkit
defining our dissemination and quality strategy

We’re now ready to move forward with the next phases — focus groups, content creation and our upcoming meeting in Sofia.
